Exhibited in Palazzo Reale in Milan 2022/2023 - 'Bosch e un altro Rinascimento'
According Gallerie Borghese: The painting can be dated to 1528, thanks to an inscription on the door of the house in the foreground, and is of particular interest because it is one of the oldest and rarest instances of knowledge of the works created by the Dutch Jheronimus Bosch ('' s-Hertogenbosch, 1453 –1516) present and known throughout Italy thanks to their presence in the Grimani collection in Venice (Limentani Virdis 1997) and their dissemination through the woodcuts of his invention.
