Gerlach briefly reviews some recent books and articles about Bosch. In doing so he also reminds the reader once more of his own interpretation of the central panel of the Garden of Delights: according to father Gerlach this panel doesn’t contain any symbol which could be referring to ‘luxuria’ and represents pre-lapsarian mankind.
