Around 1520 by an Antwerp Master created, following the image in Princeton, but by someone else.

In 1958 by David George van Beunigen bequeated to the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam (nr. 2438), that starting from 2003 has lent to the ‘Noordbrabants Museum’ in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

History:

Before 1913 in possession of Kilmansegg in Vienna. In 1913 it stood at Art Dealer Kleinberger in Paris and in 1922 at Marczell von Nemes in Munich. Frits Lugt had possession in 1925 and in 1927 it came at Jacques Goudstikker. Bought in 1928 by Daniël George van Beuningen, who in 1958 bequeathed to Museum Boijmans van Beuningen. Since 2003 on loan at the Noordbrabants Museum in 's-Hertogenbosch.
