Friedländer writes in a letter in a letter dated 17 November 1945: 'I believe in an original, but in a mediocre condition'.

The composition of the painting is comparable to paintings in the National Museum in Warsaw (67 x 71), at Art Dealer Czuczka in Geneva (partly) and Montreal (72.5 x 99) and Smith in London (partly), at the private collection of Dr. Von Frey in Lucerne (Luzern) partly and with an unknown private collection in Cologne.
