At the back of the photo in the RKD, Friedländer has placed the designation 'WW'. Furthermore, it says at the back of the photo: 'Dec.14.56' and 'Nov. 1955 '

Note: The painting is comparable to the central panel of the painting of the same name in The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston (Inv. 53.027). Only the top and bottom continue in this painting. Maybe adjusted when repairing and fitting the side hatches ?!

This painting in colored (84 x 61,5) was for sale by De Jonckheere Gallery in Genève (Genova) in 2021.
