In April 1922 spotted by Friedländer at the art dealership or private collection of Krautz & de Bruin. After that unknown collection in the Netherlands. Perhaps in 1930 at Beets (Thomas Vriens).

The painting has been exhibited in 1930 in’s-Hertogenbosch – sent in by Art Dealer Nicolaas Beets.(Thomans Vriens). A partly similar painting can be seen in Museo Lazaro Galdiano in Madrid.
