On June 4, 1958 sold by Auction House ‘Paleis voor Schone Kunsten’ in Brussels to a unknown private. In 2001 in possession of a private collection in Mechelen and at a unknown date to the Center of Ancient Art ‘t Vliegend Peert’ in Mechelen. The painting has been discussed extensively in the book ‘ De Zotte Schilders ‘ 2003 by Eric de Bruyn and Jan Op De Beeck, page 57
