According the Museum - Description: Temptation of St Christopher (formerly Temptation of St Antony); St Christopher kneeling in a turf hut at right, twenty-two scenes of temptation before him, including monstrous creatures and an elaborate sea-creature or boat in the middleground; numbered 1-22 throughout composition to indicate the scenes of temptation.
Earlier mentioned 'Temptation of Antonius' (see similar image in the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam), but it is in fact a Christopher depicted as a giant.' In the image itself, incidentally, the stone is written in front of the main figure 'Antonius' This appears to have happened, according to Matthijs Ilsink in his book 'Bosch en Bruegel als Bosch' on page 208 when the plate was reprinted in the 17th century.
